How MydiaHub handles information
This notice explains the categories of information processed through MydiaHub and the operational purposes for which that information is used.
Information we process
Account and contact details, store and marketplace configuration, financial transaction records, uploaded reports, product and shipment information, portal activity, security logs, and—when a person applies as a Microhub Host—facility, identity-verification, address, security, and compliance documentation.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide financial reporting, organize imports, prevent duplicate records, manage stores, support fulfillment workflows, review Host applications, operate notifications, investigate errors, and maintain security and auditability.
Service providers and integrations
Information may be processed by infrastructure, email, identity-verification, background-screening, marketplace, shipping, analytics, or AI providers when required to provide a requested service. MydiaHub does not request marketplace passwords when secure token or OAuth authorization is available.
Data minimization and AI processing
AI-assisted import mapping is performed through protected backend services. The platform is designed to send only the headers and limited representative data needed to interpret unfamiliar spreadsheet structures, rather than entire reports when that is unnecessary.
Retention and choices
Records are retained according to operational, contractual, security, accounting, and legal requirements. Users may contact support regarding account information, access, corrections, or account closure requests.
