Platform terms
These terms govern access to MydiaHub public pages and portal services. Portal registration and continued use indicate acceptance of the applicable terms, policies, and account-specific requirements.
Portal accounts
Seller, Microhub Host, and Administration accounts are separately scoped. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, and using only the portal and records they are authorized to access.
Financial information
MydiaHub organizes seller-supplied and connected-platform data. Sellers remain responsible for reviewing imports, mappings, classifications, source records, tax treatment, and business decisions. The platform is a management and reporting tool and does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice.
Microhub participation
Microhub access is conditional on onboarding, documentation, compliance review, capacity and security information, and explicit approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee activation, inventory allocation, earnings, or shipment volume.
Third-party services
Marketplace, carrier, payment, identity, background-screening, AI, and other third-party services may have separate terms, availability requirements, fees, and approval processes.
Acceptable use
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent records, upload malicious content, interfere with platform operation, evade security controls, or use the system for unlawful activity.
